A leading Private Hospital in Accra is looking for suitably qualified professionals to occupy the following position: Human Resource Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. A postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Professional Membership Practitioners (IHRMP) will be an advantage
•   Must have been in relevant HR practice for not less than 5 years in the case of Master's degree holders and 10 years in the case of first degree holders
•   Ability to manage a workforce of about 400 spread across different locations
•   Must be very knowledgeable in labour law and industrial relations
•   Must have good oral and written communication skills
•   Working knowledge of HR software

Location: Accra
