Job Summary

• Responsible for developing and delivering HR solutions, benefits administration, employee relations, organisational development, worker's compensations and employments law

Qualification Required & Experience

• A first Degree in human resource or related field
• A minimum of 3 years proven work experience a human resource executive or manager
• Understanding of the labour law of Ghana and HR best practices
• People oriented and result driven
• Demonstrable experience with human resource metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Strong communication and organisational skills
