Job Vacancy For Human Resource Manager
Our client, an Agro business entity and one of the largest fertilizer companies in Ghana is seeking competent and suitable professionals to join its team.
Summary of functions & Responsibilities
• Champion the formulation and effective implementation of recruitment strategies and plans to identify, select, hire and retain the best talent to meet the company's manpower needs and ensure optimal staffing levels at all times
• Oversee the development, implementation and administration of remuneration and reward policies and practices that ensure market competitiveness and balance employee satisfaction and wellbeing with the company's financial resources
• Develop a human resource policy and procedures manual and ensure this is duly implemented and adhered to
• Demonstrate ownership of and communicate the HR department's strategic direction and objectives to all staff ensuring mutual understanding of roles, responsibilities and accountabilities
• Coordinate and facilitate the development/update of an optimal organisation structure to support the achievement of goals and objectives
• Ensure the formulation and implementation of an effective performance management system which is objective, equitable, transparent and merit-driven
• Ensure that design and implementation of need based, cost-effective learning and development strategies to support the Group's business goals and improve corporate performance
Qualification Required & Experience
• A Master's in Business Administration (Human Resources option) plus a professional qualification
• Minimum of 7 year progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
