Job Description

• Recruitment of staff
• Performance management, staff discipline, and HR administration
• To conduct departmental training and orientation program
• To encourage good standard of employee conduct
• Maintain positive relationship with staff
• Work with all department heads
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors

Qualification Required & Experience

• College or bachelor’s degree in human resource
• 5 years human resource management system preferably in a hospitality industry.
• Have a strong background in employment, employee relations, training and government regulations.
• Strong written communication skills
• Should be familiar with human resource and payroll software

Age group: 38-45 years

Salary: ranging from GH ¢2000 to ¢2500
