Job Summary
• Responsible for hiring and conducting orientation and training programs to prepare employees for assignments
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions in the organization, leading to nigh staff retention
• Organize regular training for staff to ensure they are up-to-date with changes in the capital market
• Conduct exit interviews and recommend changes
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must have a minimum of First Degree in the relevant discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience
• Must possess an excellent track record of performance over the years
• Excellent interpersonal skills and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
