The Human Resources  Manager has overall responsibility for the HR functions, including,  employee relations, training and workforce development, ensuring that safety measures are adhered to,  developing, implementing and maintaining HR systems for management information needs, implementing human resources programs and employment policies, ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations, etc.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any related social science discipline
•   Masters degree in a related field will be a plus.
•   A professional certificate in HR will be an added advantage
•   Five (5) years working experience with part of it being in Senior Managerial/Supervisory position
