A leading private hospital in Accra is looking for suitably qualified professionals to occupy the following position: Human Resource Officers

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. A postgraduate qualification in Human resource management or professional membership of the institute of Human Resource Management practitioners (IHRMP) is a requirement
• Must possess at least 3 years practical working experience in a generalist HR environment
• Experience of supporting managers and staff across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of HR and training.
• Must be organized and methodical in approach to administration and record keeping
• Attention to details and ability to work under pressure for long hours
• Demonstrate understanding and practical knowledge of employment law and best HR practices
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
• Must possess excellent and verbal and communication skills and able to record minutes at meetings
• Working knowledge of HR software is a requirement
