Job Vacancy For Human Resources Manager At SMT-Ghana



The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director. She/he will be responsible for the overall guidance and management of SMT-Ghana’s human resources and provision of all human resource services and policies.

Essential Duties:

•   The human resources manager leads all HR practices and objectives with a view to providing an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasis empowerment, quality, productivity and standards
•   She/he is responsible for the main recruiting and staffing processes, also has to manage organisational and space planning
•   The human resources manager duties include performance management and improvement systems, along with organisation development
•   She/he has to attend to employment and regulatory concerns from time to time
•   The human resources manager is responsible for policy development  process and its documentation, along with the provision of company-wide implementation facilitation
•   She/he will be responsible for compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A master’s degree in human resources management and or qualified member of a recognised HR professional body
•   Minimum of 5 years practical work experience in human resource management
•   Proficiency in Microsoft office and presentation applications, etc
•   Knowledge in the airline industry will be an advantage
•   Should be not more than 40 years of age.
