Job Summary

•   Design develop and maintain the child protection social drive presence on line including continuously generating multimedia contents, brand promotion, social marketing campaigns, monitor progress using web analytic tools and answer directly to social media enquiries, all the while using the social drive's voice end guidelines.  furthermore, the social media officer will be responsible for community building and engagement.

Duties and responsibilities includes    

•   Design and managing the content strategy to develop brand awareness, links networking and generate inbound traffic
•   Create relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership
•   Set objective, measure, analyze and monitor the establish Return of Investment
•   Design, create and menage promotions and Social ad campaigns
•   Listen, respond, ask questions and engage with the audience
•   Implement growth and engagement strategies to Turn followers into Social Drive active members
•   Produce multimedia content (text, video, photo, infographic)
•   Create, curate, and manage all published content (mages, video and written)
•   Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions
•   Develop and expand  community and/or blogger outreach efforts
•   Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile and blog)
•   Compile report for management showing results (ROI)
•   Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly
•   Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
•   Identify threats and opportunities in user generated contents

Remuneration: Based on experience

Qualification Required & Experience

•   BA degree in marketing, PR, computer science or similar
•   At least five years of demonstrated experience in social and digital media which includes being able to measure social media presence
•   Effective writing skills several different styles for websites, twitter, Facebook, etc, knowledge of search Engine optimization (SEQ) is also needed
•   Continuous learning attitude to know what is happening in the fast changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing and what new measurement tools are being use
•   Problem-solving attitude
•   Interpersonal skills to be friendly and approachable online
•   Proved technical skills such as understanding computers, SEO, Internet access,  multimedia production and being tech savvy
•   Demonstrate ability to map out, monitoring and evaluate social marketing strategies
•   Knowledge and experience in marketing and social marketing principles
•   Demonstrates creativity end documented immersion in social media (please add links to profiles as examples)
•   Proficient in content marketing theory and application
•   Experience In sourcing and managing content development and publishing
•   Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
•   Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
•   Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary (ie: content development, creation and editing of content and online reputation management)
•   Possesses functional knowledge and / or personal experience with WordPress and Content Management Systems
