A maritime organisation in Ghana is urgently seeking to recruit qualified Ghanaians for the following position: Information Technology Officer

Job Summary

As a successful IT system & Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the organisation's enterprise network

Duties and Responsibilities

• Configuration and reconfiguration of Network devices and utilized security technologies and services
• Maintenance and management of network and infrastructure
• Maintenance of information technology strategies by managing staff, researching and implementing technological strategic solutions
• Ensuring the development and application of IT standards and quality assurance systems in relation to the implementation and development IT systems and resources among others

Qualification Required & Experience

• Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or MIS with a minimum of 8 years post qualification relevance experience
• First Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years post qualification relevant experience
• Advanced professional level qualification or industry skill-based certificates in network, Database and operating system certificates will be an advantage. The certifications should have been obtained up and above a Bachelor Degree qualification or equivalent
