Our is an education management firm offering services in institution branding, institution establishment, curriculum engineering, learning management and capacity building. we seek highly motivated individuals (Full-time or Freelancers) who are passionate about education to join our team: Instructional Strategist

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Overseeing the improvement of classroom testing programmes, monitoring the weekly and daily improvement of learning goals and modifying instructional methods that might not be achieving those goals
• coordinating with school principals to provide teachers with feedback on goals being met and those still lacking in staff meetings and demonstrating effective teaching strategies.
• Encouraging parent involvement, ordering new instructional materials, assessing library publications and promoting the importance of meeting the needs of at-risk students

Qualification Required & Experience

• Master's Degree or higher in knowledge of administration and management
• Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in information and instructional design or education
• Must also hold a valid teachers license
• 5 years work experience
