Job Description

• To carry out instrumentation and control system maintenance activities according to plan in order to assure the maximum equipment availability and precision respecting all internal maintenance procedures and best practices and all the safety regulations and procedures

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Effectiveness, efficiency and safety of instrumentation and automation systems maintenance activities execution
• Quality and technical integrity of maintenance works performed
• Executing detailed scheduling of instrumentation and automation systems maintenance activities according to maintenance plan, workload, manpower availability, company procedures and priorities set by the maintenance operation supervisor
• Checking availability to materials and ensure the withdrawal
• Allocating works orders to executors
• Supervising contractor maintenance technicians
• Assuring the application of the relevant HSEQ procedures during maintenance work
• Endorsing work feedback and close out work orders in the maintenance database
• Checking and supervising the electrical and control systems works carried out by contractors and accept them upon completion
• Drafting improvement maintenance proposals

Qualification Required & Experience

• Engineering Degree
• 7 years of Oil & Gas industry experience in production field operations, including 3 years in instrumentation / automation systems activity
• Maintenance professional courses, in particular focused on instrumentation and automation systems

Required Competencies

• Production Operations: Maintenance Management, Predictive Maintenance, Oper/Mant Advising
• Maintenance Operation: Telecommunication Maintenance, instrumentation maintenance, trouble-shooting techniques knowledge
• Maintenance Engineering: CMMS activities maintenance engineering, maintenance system
