Job Vacancy For Insurance Sales Managers



Role Specification

Principal duties and responsibilities will include

• Aggressive sales of individual Life policies across all the sales channels
• Reviewing and analyzing of sales performance consistently against set programmes and targets
• Coordinating SME's recruitment, orientation, induction, training and retention
• Implementing performance-based systems to reward target achievement of rising stars within the SME's
• Following up on sales leads quickly and efficiently
• Developing sustainable business pipelines that result in new account acquisitions

Qualification Required & Experience

• A first degree preferably in marketing, social sciences, business administration or other relevant specialization
• 5 years of demonstrated life insurance industry experience and record of achievement in the Sales and Marketing discipline
• Possession of right leadership skills to ensure continuous improvement and retention of individual Life sales and marketing executives within the Sector at all times
• High attention to details and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability meet deadlines
