Main Purpose of Job:

•   To provide administrative support to the Corporate Services Section

Roles and Responsibilities:

•   Drafting of letters
•   Filling of documents
•   Making visa enquiries and checking visa
•   Updating of protocol daily worksheet
•   Providing administrative assistance to the various teams

Qualification Required & Experience

Other Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

Essential on arrival:

•   A continuing student or graduate from a recognised tertiary institution.
•   Excellent command of English, oral and written communication.
•   IT Literate – good understanding of modern Microsoft Packages (able to used Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
•   Ability to work well in a small team, sometimes under pressure.
