Job Summary
• Responsible for the proper management and maintenance of the landed properties and other assets of the University;
• Ensure that all facilities (e.g. plumbing, electrical etc.) are in good working condition;
• Appraise subordinate staff;
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on the Unit;
• Maintain an assets register;
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time;
Qualification Required & Experience
• Applicants must possess MSc degree in Land Economy, Estate Management, Property Development or a related discipline from a recognized university with
• At least two years post-qualification working experience.
