Tropo Farms Limited is a rapidly growing aquaculture company that produces tilapia for the Ghanaian market. It is already the largest grower of tilapia in Ghana and seeks to become a world-class aquaculture operation.

The successful candidates will report to the Nursery Manager in the performance of his/her duties.

Essential Duties

•   Daily sampling and measurement of water quality parameters in ponds, cages and the hatchery
•   Meticulous lab skills for water quality testing
•   Data collection and compilation

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A diploma holder as a Laboratory Technician
•   At least three years work experience in water quality analysis
•   Data collection, ability to analyse with respect to required water qaulity standards and set by management/EPA
•   Strong  MS Excel Skills
