Prudential College, a subsidiary of Prudential Solutions, hereby announces the vacancies for the position of Lecturer and Senior Lecturers  to be filled before 20th July, 2016.

Prudential College is the approved centre for Association of Business Managers and Administrators (ABMA), UK, and Aptech Aviation and Hospitality Academy, registered by the National Accreditation Board, Ghana and located on the Community 18 Junction, Spintex Road Accra and Asokwa, Kumasi.

Lecturers are expected to perform the following functions:

•   Teaching and research
•   Supervision of student project works, dissertations and theses
•   Academic counselling and leadership

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must possess a minimum of a Professional qualification or a bachelor’s degree (a masters degree is preferred) in the following disciplines:

o FASHION DESIGN
o HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
o JOURNALISM AND MEDIA STUDIES
o FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
o MARKETING MANAGEMENT
o SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS
o ENTREPRENEURSHIP

•   Must have appreciable experience in tertiary education teaching and research.
•   Possession of relevant industry experience would be added advantage.
