A reputable and rapidly growing organization is seeking the services of a smart, confident, performance oriented and experienced professional to occupy the position of Legal Officer.

Job Summary

•   You must first and foremost be a lawyer with interest in and knowledge of the laws of Ghana. Other-country experience would add value to your application.
•   Drafting of opinions, contracts, undertaking business transactions and negotiations.
•   The diversity of the role will involve participating in the delivery of professional services in areas such as strategic planning, law reform, organizational restructuring and capacity building. You will also have business development responsibilities.
•   Part of your role will involve supervision in planning and delivering these and other services and must therefore demonstrate strong leadership ability.
•   You will undertake research and accurately advise the institution and its clients.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   The right candidate will be a Bar-qualified lawyer with graduate qualifications from a reputable University.
•   Must have at least 3 years working experience in corporate law practice, engage easily with clients, think analytically and provide solutions to a mix of business and legal problems.
•   The person must be a team worker with an acute eye for detail and a quick mind, together with the capacity to work around the clock to deliver results.
•   Candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible.
