We are seeking to recruit a legal officer to help handle our legal and compliance issues. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring legal conformity as well as helping to minimize probability to exposure.

Responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with the company's lawyer's on all referred cases
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance in respect to legal and regulatory
• Assisting in drafting contracts adn other legal documents to ensure company's legal rights are protected.
• Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
• Applying effective risk management techniques and offering proactive advise on possible legal risk
• communicating and negotiating with external parties (regulators, external counsel and other public authorities

Qualification Required & Experience

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Sound judgment and ability to analyse situations and information
• Outstanding communications skills
• At least a bachelor's degree in Law
