Job Vacancy For Lubricants Manager
A fast growing Oil Marketing company (OMC) in Ghana is looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the position of: Lubricants Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research on competitor activities, customer requirements for existing and future products and submit report to management for implementation.
• Develop and maintain cordial relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat buy.
• Canvas for new customers and make recommendation to management for implementation.
• Ensure stocking of product at the various warehouse, stations and customer locations and supervise stock reconciliations at the warehouse.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing new sales channels and dealer networks as well as carrying out pricing survey of competitive products
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing option) from a reputable University plus Professional Marketing Certification. An MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of modern marketing principles
• Extensive knowledge in lubricants marketing
• Hands-on, proactive, independent-minded individual with good people management skills.
• Must possess a valid driving license
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be able to relate well to people across cultures.
• Should have extensive knowledge in the downstream petroleum sector with a minimum of five (5) years working experience in similar role.
