Objective
To provide an overall Sales Administration of Caterpillar Construction product range; to establish the Company as a bench mark for Caterpillar Dealership on a Global scale

Job Responsibilities

•   Produce Prime Product list as directed by the Sales Manager in line with Company’s Objectives.
•   Prepares Prime Products quotations for Sales Engineers in line with standard specifications and recommendations by the HOD/Product Manager.
•   Ensures customers order is in line with quotations before ordering from Unatrac.
•   Liaise with the Order Fulfillment & Inventory Control (OIC) before ordering Customer Machine (s) in line with Company policy.
•   Liaise with Order Fulfillment & Inventory Control (OIC) to ensure quick delivery of Equipment(s) in stock from date of order from Unatrac.
•   Logistics control of all Equipment(s) from order to delivery to reduce multiple handling and cost escalation.
•   Coordinate Equipment(s) invoicing & sales record update.
•   Vetting LPO registers to ensure agreed margins objectives are met
•   Process all Proforma invoices.
•   Processing of order forms for approval by Functional Manager.
•   Keeps track of all order Orders and ensure effective processing & documentation of Equipment(s) positions.
•   Prepares month-end report for the Machines Sales Function

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first Degree in BSc. Administration, Engineering or Social Sciences
•   Must have at least two (3) years post-qualification relevant experience
•   Excellent communication Skills
•   Excellent communication Computer Skills
