Position Summary:

Gain knowledge and experience leading to possible employment in the company under direction of experienced management personnel Position

Job Summary

•   Receives training and perform duties in several departments such as plantations, nursery etc
•   Monitor performance progress with management and key trainers
•   Work with other managers to plan and direct work of the company
•   Evaluate work output of the company with other managers
•   Ability to communicate well and write good activity reports
•   Perform any other duties as may be required

Position Period: 6 months

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Have Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Plantation management and other related field with National Service Certificate
•   Have good managerial skills, hardworking and dedicated
•   Identify trends/problems and recommend proactive action to manage plantations

Location: Berekum
