Kumasi Archdiocese is seeking the services of Two Managers to manage its two Investments Units in the Kumasi Metropolis. Key responsibilities will include coordinating all Administrative and Investment decisions for the Investment Units. The position requires exercising independent judgement to solve Administrative related challenges while maintaining a high level of integrity, accountability and transparency in all Financial and Managerial dealings. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining the Archdiocese image and supervise all staff of the unit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Inventing Ideas to turn run the Investment Unit
• Using SWOT analysis to write proposal for approval of the board for improvement of the Unit Operations and Finances
• Writing Monthly Reports of the Operations of the Unit
• Liaze with the Archdiocese and the Board of the Unit to develop Managerial tools to improve the fortunes of the Unit
• Strategizing to ensure that the Unit has competitive edge
• Setting 90-day Performance Objectives of all employees of the Unit
• Reviewing the 90-day performance review of all staff
• Setting Annual Performance Objectives of all employees
• Reviewing the Annual Performance Objectives of all staff
• Reviewing and approving all Financial and Accounting Transactions of the Unit
• Supervise the Accountant to ensure that financial Integrity of the unit remains intact
• Having Overall Administrative responsibilities of the Unit

Qualification Required & Experience

• At least 4-year experience in Managing any recognised institution
• The Candidate must be HND or First Degree Holder in Management, Administration, Commerce or similar qualification from Recognised Tertiary Institution
• Knowledge in MS word, Excel and Power Point
• Fluent in written and spoken English is required
• Strong analytical skills and ability to write good reports
• Experience in Managing field Office preferably Pharmaceutical, Hospitality Home or related work

CRITERIA

• Ability to work with come out with innovations for the Units
• Must be a committed Christian (clergy, religious or lay person)
• The person’s age should not fall below 35 years
