Our client, a reputable company in the food processing industry is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of:- Manager, Cold Store Operations & Fish Inventory

Key Duties

•   Receiving from dock, sizing, storing and issuing to production in compliance to standards & procedures
•   Developing storage space utilization in all cold rooms and ensuring proper conduct of daily, weekly and monthly inventories
•   Maintains proper interface / relationship with both internal and external customers, to ensure inventory and quality levels are well maintained and systems respected
•   Managing all environmental, Health & Safety and Quality issues are in line with company policy, etc.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   1st Degree in food or biological sciences, project management or in a related field with a minimum of 7 years progressive work experience with 2 years in managerial role
•   2nd Degree in Cold/Supply Chain management will be an added advantage
•   Must have proven qualities in raw / frozen fish storage and issuing supplies
•   Inventory taking of refrigeration and cold storage operations & procedures and knowledgeable in HACCP and the relevant Food Safety Standards
•   Good interpersonal skills and communication skills (English)
•   Strong leadership and people management skills
•   Proficient use of Microsoft Office
