Job Summary

Responsible to develop and manage Fixed and mobile convergent solutions and related value added product and services for homes and business, and implement a range of data related CPE's/Devices to best support the product portfolio.

Job Role

• Develop, launch and manage residential and business broadband internet services to meet or exceed targets as per the business case.
• Recruit and manage partnerships, distributors within the broadband ecosystem towards the achievement of the strategic objectives
• Analyse market and competitive insight as a basis for the positioning and design of a highly competitive product portfolio.
• Work with the relevant functions to generate design documents and processes, co-ordinate implementation of products between network and IT, customer service and suppliers to ensure a launch on time, in budget and to specifications.
• Develop and implement Go To Market strategies for the fixed broadband product portfolio
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for the fixed broadband products, perform sales and customer service training (train the trainer), provide input for user guides etc.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing to ensure all requirements from the user perspective are deployed and manage the go-to-market process.
• Monitor post launch product performance in terms of uptake usage and customer satisfaction and make changes as necessary.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

• BSc Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering; Commerce (Marketing)

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a telecoms environment with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
