A reputable educational institution has vacant position for a Managing Director.

Duties includes:

• Overseeing all Heads of schools, Human Resource Head and management members
• Assigning tasks & setting goals for all management members and heads of department
• Ensuring all goals are met within timelines
• Creating interventions and directions to members in line with the school's vision

Qualification Required & Experience

• Persons should have qualification in Business Administration and leadership
• Should have background and qualification in education
• Should possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Should have at least 10 years of experience in leadership and managerial position
• Should have experience establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships in a multi ethnic, multi-cultural and diverse environment
• Should be willing to work 8 years or more
• Should possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
