Job Description

•   Promotes the company's image and reputation
•   Develops the strategic plan of the company for discussion and approval of the board of directors
•   Prepares and presents annual budgets for Board approval
•   Prepares statutory and internal accounts on time for presentation to the Board
•   Should maintain good management / staff relationships and communications
•   Responsible for recruitment and promotion of staff up to and including the grade of Manager.
•   Makes recommendations to Board for salary increases and promotions for all staff except himself
•   He/She is a member of the Board of Directors
•   Responsible for the achievement of all Board-Approved Objectives and bugdets

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Master's Degree (or MBA) in Finance or Business related field
•   Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Managerial capacity with a financial institution
