Essential Qualities

•   He / She must provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry.
•   Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.
•   Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Combination of a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting from a reputable University and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role with three (3) years in top management role
