ASN Properties is a fast emerging real estate firm of choice in Ghana. The firm is distinct from competitors building homes that target the average Ghanaian and the middle income worker as against the prevailing general situation where residential properties are developed extremely beyond the means of the average middle income salaried worker.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive.

JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES

•   Visit potential customers for new businesses
•   Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
•   Identify new markets and business opportunities
•   Develop and drive a robust marketing and sales plan/process

ELIGIBILITY / QUALIFICATION

•   Excellent sales and marketing skills and knowledge
•   Must possess strong organizational skills and writing skills
•   Ability to work independently and be a part of a team willing to confront competition
•   Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain business relationships
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from a recognized university, and must have 1-5 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role.
