We are a General Insurance company looking for an experienced and competitive marketing executive to join our team and expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.

Job Purpose

• To increase the company's revenue by actively selling its products and services

Job Requirements

• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell general insurance products ie. motor, fire, theft, marine, bonds, etc
• Establish and retain new businesses to meet set targets
• Create rapport with potential clients by networking, referrals
• Develop and deliver client-focused solutions to creating long lasting relationships
• Monitor insurance claims for clients to solidify trust and safeguard company's reputation
• Follow up on renewal notices to retain 100% of existing business
• To participate in corporate meetings, projects and initiatives
• Flexible work schedules including weekends and holidays where necessary

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree in Marketing & Sales, Insurance or Economics with a minimum of 5 years work experience as a Marketing Executive
• Proven experience as an insurance marketer
• Relevant MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage, but not a prerequisite
• Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office Application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge in general insurance products
