Reports Directly To: Head, Budiness Development Unit

Job Purpose

To prospect for new businesses and maximise profit through the development of sales strategies

Duties

•   Prospect for new clients
•   Submit new businesses reports to Head - BDU
•   Manage client's data and records
•   Attend to clients complaints and servicing of clients
•   Carry any other duties that may be assigned by the Head - BDU

Qualification Required & Experience

Technical Competencies

•   University Degree in Insurance or Marketing or its equivalent
•   Two (2) years post qualification relevant experience in marketing / Insurance

Other Competencies

•   Good communication and interpersonal skills
•   Knowledge in computer
•   Ability to pay attention to details
•   Ability to build strong relations both external and internal parties
•   Ability to think out of the box and adapt quickly
•   Ability to write reports
