A leading general insurance company is looking to recruit an Marketing Executives.

Key Responsibilities

•   Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients
•   Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their needs, the physical condition of the person or property to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage
•   Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote size of insurance policies
•   Customize insurance programmes to suit individual clients, often covering a variety of risks
•   Calculate premiums and establish payment method
•   Explain necessary credit control requirements to clients and ensure all appropriate documents are completed
•   Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals
•   Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client and the insurer

Qualification Required & Experience

Person Specification

•   First degree in Marketing or any related field with three (3) years relevant work experience
•   An individual who has drive and determination, good presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
•   Good negotiating and interpersonal skills
•   Ability to build effective relationships, influence and negotiate
•   A high standard of computer literacy
