A reputable company in Accra is looking for well motivated individuals to fill the following position: Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:

•   To develop and implement the company's marketing and business development strategy and ensure that client satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

•   Develop marketing strategy that ensures attainment of company's sales goals and profitability
•   Develop and manage marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets
•   Generate new leads and business for the company
•   Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
•   Conduct competitive analysis to keep up with industry trends, identify marketing opportunities and the development of new services and products
•   Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Business Administration or Publishing and a professional qualification in marketing or a related field is required
•   Strong work tenure: a minimum of three years of experience in managing other employees
•   Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat.
