A fast growing real estate company in Ghana is looking for a Marketing Officer.

The candidate must be able to:

•   Update information about the company's products on websites and providing ideas and input into the development of new e-marketing materials.
•   Write and produce marketing material (brochures, flyers,etc) and liaise with relevant persons to update content as necessary.
•   Develop a distinct online presence by attracting numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
•   Develop strategies to increase the number of visitors to company website by getting high ranking placements in search results.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A degree in marketing is required although not essential with between 3 - 6 years work experience

Skills and Abilities:

•   Strong and confident communicator.
•   Strong ability in design in graphic and web design.
•   Excellent IT skills.
