A reputable hotel in the Volta region is seeking a highly experienced person for the position of a Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, interpret trends and understand the needs of business
• Prepare winning presentations and meet potential clients
• Advise and propose to supervisors on new business opportunities that the hotel should venture in
• Develop winning proposal in line with the hotel and the client's expectation
• Present the company services and partnership proposal to potential clients and persuade them to sign on
• Persuade past customers to establish new relationship
• Cooperate with other department Heads in order to ensure a proper customer care to all clients
• Maintain existing accounts and fulfil customers expectations
• Keep accurate record of customers information (e.g database of current and prospective clients)
• Be able to collect clients payment on time
• Develops effective sales and marketing materials (presentations, documents, videos, reports, etc)
• Propose marketing and promotional ideas to superiors

Qualification Required & Experience

• BSc Degree in Marketing from a recognized institution
• Minimum of three 3 years of working experience from a hospitality industry
• Proficiency in MS word,Excel,or a related software application
• Must be a go-getter,confident and able to achieve targets
• Ability to drive with license
• Must be a resident in Accra or Tema

Age Limit: Applicants should not be more than 33 years
