A leading Agro chemical company is seeking for the service of a Marketing Officer.

Job Description:

• Deliver campaign activities and offers to selected customers through selected channel.
• Create demand at the customer, ensuring that the customer is knowledgeable about the products and further interest in SYN products.
• Build solid and professional relationship based on recognized expertise and trust with customers and officials.
• Defend and promote the image of Wynca sunshine and represent Wynca sunshine in a professional and competent manner.
• Set up and follow up demo trials to build deep understanding of Wynca product offers.
• Organize and locally manage field trial demonstration sites and liaise with grower in support of the distributors sales teams.
• Accountable for: crop expertise, solution and product launch maximization, claim opportunity support, and collaboration at farm-gate/internally/externally.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or above with a related major.
• Age Range : 22-40 years
• Rich marketing knowledge, strong writing ability.
• 2 years related working experiences.
• Be a team player, encouraging, helpful and cooperative.
• Be flexible with a willing and can do attitude.
• Ability to handle objections, listen and respond effectively.
• Customer relationship management (i.e. good communication capability)
