Report to: Branch Manager

Job Objective
To be responsible for prospecting for and managing corporate and institutional clients in the western region and beyond.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

•   Prospect for new businesses and ensure renewals of existing businesses
•   Implement broad institutional sales strategy at the regional level.
•   Develop and execute marketing strategy, plans and campaigns for selected sales agents in the region
•   Provide leadership to the marketing and sales teams towards the achievement of annual sales target
•   Establish and maintain detailed account plan for corporate and institutional clients in the region
•   Ensure that all communication and publicity materials conform to brand standards and build a strong corporate image and identity
•   Gather relevant market information to facilitate management decision

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University degree in Marketing or a relevant programme
•   Three (3) years relevant working experience.
•   Knowledge of the Insurance Industry will be an advantage
•   Should have sales and relationship management skills
•   Ability to write reports and make presentations
•   Extensive social networking across public and private organisations
