A fast growing Microfinance company requires results oriented people as Marketing Officers.

Responsibilities

• Involve in marketing activities by prospecting for new loan customers
• Manage customers by ensuring that their complaints are addressed promptly
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures

Qualification Required & Experience

• HND/University Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Marketing or other related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in Microfinance Operations in Ghana.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the Microfinance sector and ability to lead a team
• Ability to evaluate complex statistical financial information and report writing skills
