A reputable Micro Insurance company is seeking to employ a dynamic results-oriented person to spearhead sales in its micro insurance unit.

Qualification Required & Experience

The preferred candidate should have the following:

• A proven record of at least 3 years experience in micro insurance sales
• A relevant qualification (at least HND, marketing)
• Ability to manage a vibrant sales force to deliver results
• Ability to generate micro insurance sales through digital channels and the telcos
• A track record of consistently delivery on targets
• A strong drive, proactive self-starter who is able to deliver results with little guidance and supervision
