A leading pharmaceutical company is currently looking for an innovative, results oriented and self-motivated person to join our team as MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

JOB PURPOSE
To source for businesses and customers to the company by promoting pharmaceutical products to health care professionals and institutions. and asking them to prescribe such products to their patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Plan and execute product presentation to health care professionals regarding the use and benefits of the products
•   Observe, record and report competitor activities and outline strategies to overcome competition
•   Communicate new products information and price change to customers and gather feedback through field activities and report appropriately. to the appropriate officer in charge
•   Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and the number of contacts to be made.
•   Constantly endeavor to improve product knowledge in order to deliver appropriate information to physicians and health care workers.
•   Prospect for new customers, train and manage the customer account to ensure growth in business
•   Identify and resolve client concerns

COMPETENCIES

•   Ability to negotiate and persuade people
•   Must be able to organize and manage people
•   Good communication and presentation skills
•   Must have a valid driver's license C or D

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A degree in Pharmacy or a related field with at least 3 years experience in a similar role preferably a pharmaceutical company.
