Job Vacancy For Member Development Officer
Our organization is an Association of Non-Bank Financial institutions (NBFIs) with over 300 member companies. We require a proactive, self-motivated and passionate individual on our team to fill the position of Member Development Manager. The person will be based in Accra and report directly to the Executive Secretary.
Job Purpose
• To directly assist the Executive Secretary to position the Association to become a key player in the Microfinance Sector in Ghana, Africa and globally, by working with members of the Association, other country level networks, policymakers, development partners and government.
Job Responsibilities
• Member Data Management
• Member Monitoring and Evaluation
• Member Satisfaction assessment
• Member programme management
• Supervise member relation officers and co-ordinate member relation activities
Qualification Required & Experience
Key Requirements
• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related field. A Master's Degree will be an advantage
• A minimum of 5 years relevant work or professional experience
• Good knowledge in financial analysis and techniques
• Team player with a high sense of commitment
• Networking and counselling skills
• Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure and meet tight timelines
• Knowledge of services rendered by Association
• Must be people-oriented
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Must have strong computer skills and be able to use information systems software/Programs techniques database
• Must have a valid Ghanaian Driving License and be able and willing to travel
