We are a fast growing savings and loans company with its Head Office in Kumasi and wish to employ suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following position: Monitoring and Recovery Officers

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must possess a first degree or higher national diploma (HND) in Accounting or related field with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
•   Must have knowledge in debt monitoring and recovery strategies
•   Must be results-oriented and proactive in ensuring prompt repayment of loans disbursed
•   Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
•   Must consistently monitor debtor balances and implement follow-up actions
•   Must have high level of honesty and integrity
•   Must be computer literate
