Job Vacancy For Office Administrator / Sales Assistant



A London based company URGENTLY needs a female Office Administrator / Sales Assistant.

The Office / Sales Administrator will be required to perform the following duties:

•   General administration tasks in our small Accra office
•   Input Data
•   Give all the support that is required by the sales team
•   Invoicing/Credits
•   Attend Events on behalf of the company
•   The role involves making outbound calls to generate your own leads and opportunities to create, build and maintain new business relationships that lead ultimately to sales in a B2B environment.
•   Use of Social Media, Internet and Telephone to (1)Promote the companies products; (2)Market and sell the companies product (3) Win businesses for the company.
•   You will also be responsible for updating and promoting the company websites (we will train you).

Qualification Required & Experience

•   You must be computer literate. If you have excellent verbal communication skills, outbound calling sales experience, high self-motivation and a positive attitude,

then this role is perfect for you!
