Gastrointestinal Diseases and Endoscopy Centre (GIDEC) a new medical facility at East Legon is looking for enthusiastic and self motivated individuals with a strong interest in endoscopy to fill the following position: Office Manager / Personal Assistant

Job Summary

•   To provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to the clinical management team

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's Degree from Accredited University
•   Experience of working with Senior Manager level
•   Significant secretarial experience
•   Telephone and Reception duties in an office environment
•   Experienced in the use of email, and electronic diary management
•   Minute taking and preparation of draft minutes
•   Setting up office systems
•   General Office duties
•   Experience and knowledge of a range of computer packages including spreadsheets and databases(desirable)
