A Non-Banking Financial Institution Licensed by Bank of Ghana with operations in 3 Regions of Ghana and expanding its operations rapidly is seeking to engage fearless, God fearing, energetic, dynamic and result oriented OPERATIONS MANAGER

This role is an EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT ROLE.

Job Description

• Plans, manages, and directs the lending operations of the Region; establishes priorities and develops goals and objectives for Regional operations; and monitors the accuracy of work
• Provides information to the executives Management, Branch managers, and others; manages and/or performs special projects;
• Working with all stakeholders in the Region towards the achievement of operational goals of the Region.
• Performs other or related duties as assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A good first degree in any field from recognized university
• Master’s degree in Operations Management and/or Professional qualification in operations management or banking operations is an added advantage but not a compulsory requirement.
• Eight to Ten years’ working experience in a managerial position.
• The preferred candidate should be a native of Kumasi and should have lived in Kumasi for the past 20 years.
• Age limit: 34 to 45 years
• Ability to drive with valid driver’s license.

Ability to:

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with public officials, public/private agencies, the general public, and others on a variety of issues.
• Ability to manage people
• Work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
• Good communicating skills
