We play an integral role in the financial services industry by providing IT solutions and support specifically in the payments systems area. We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and experienced individuals as: Operations Officers

Core Areas of Responsibility

• Support institutions (new/existing) with testing process required to join and partake of the company's various products and service lines
• Support the operation with the on-boarding of partners (members, merchants/agents) and devices and terminals on product/service platforms for activation in both test and live operations
• Monitor the operations and performance of the various services through dedicated tools (interfaces)
• Generate relevant reports for the organisation's services
• Review and prepare operational reports in respect of various products and services
• Prepare training material for the organisation's products and services and deliver training to clients on request
• Provide level 1 and level 2 support for the various products and services to internal and external clients

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting or its equivalent
• At least a year's experience in card transactions in a financial institution

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of computer systems, with strong IT systems analysis and databases skills
• A diagnostic mindset to find not root causes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret and analyze numerical data
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and clients
• Good knowledge of Microsoft application, especially MS Excel
