A leading international Marketing Communications Group is in search of an Operations Supervisor to coordinate activities of the company's various technical operations to meet set targets.

Main Duties:

•   Plan execution of work orders from the Client Service Team to meet timelines
•   Prioritize tasks and projects within the Department for full utilization of both human and material resources
•   Control operations expenditure and identify opportunities for cost reduction
•   Interface with Department Heads and other Sectional Leaders to ensure smooth flow of work
•   Ability to adhere to technical standards (accuracy and quality) and eliminate sub-standard work
•   Plan and adhere to periodic out-of-home Advertising maintenance schedules for both billboard structures and equipment
•   Ensure strict adherence to occupational safety, health & environment (OSHE) policies of the company

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND or a University Degree in civil, mechanical, structural engineering or any of these related fields
•   At least 3 years experience from a construction, engineering or production / manufacturing company
•   Analytical and eye for details
•   Proficiency in oral and written communication is key
•   Good interpersonal skills
•   Candidates with prior experience developing and/or implementing worker health & safety protocols in line with international best-practice will have distinct advantage
