Job Vacancy For Pension Scheme Administrator At CAA Pensions Trust (Dunkwa-on Offin, Central Region)



A Financial Services organization that is providing a Pension Scheme for cocoa farmers seeks the services of an experienced Administrator.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Administrator shall

•   Develop Action Plans and Strategies for effective implementation of the Pension Scheme
•   Organize educational campaigns to broaden awareness of Pension Scheme.
•   Liaise with stakeholders (Trustees, Custodians and Fund Managers) towards the achievement of goals of the Pension Scheme.
•   Perform any other duties/assignments as may be directed by the Board of Trustees

JOB LOCATION

•   The successful candidate will be based at Dunkwa-on Offin in the Central Region but will be required to make frequent travels to the 7 cocoa growing regions of Ghana.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   The Administrator must at least have a Bachelor’s Degree in the Business and the Social Sciences with more than five years working experience in a management role.
•   Possession of a post-graduate qualification is an added advantage.
•   Must have  at least 2 years’ experience working in Pensions or Insurance industry
•   Be a self-starter, possess a high sense of initiative, and be able to work with minimal supervision
•   Must possess excellent communications skills. Should be very fluent in Akan
•   Be a team player and able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders
