Job Vacancy For Personal Assistant To CEO



A reputable Non-Bank Financial Institution in Accra (Finance House) invites applications for the positions of Personal Assistant to the CEO.

Job Summary

•   The job purpose is to provide administrative support and professional assistance to the CEO in is day-to-day running of the business.

Responsibilities:

•   Manage CEO's diary and his overall itinerary.
•   Manage CEO's secretariat and his guests
•   Serve as a liaison officer between the CEO and his direct reports
•   Provide secretarial support for the preparation and circulation of Board Reports
•   Organise Meetings/Company Events including Board meetings
•   Serve as Secretary at Management Committee and ALCO meeting as well as standing-in for the company Secretary at Board meetings, when the need arises.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree in Administration or relevant programme
•   Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
•   Two (2) or more years experience in similar roles.
•   Good communication - both verbal and written.
•   Excellent organizational interpersonal skills are essential.
•   Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise in order to meet deadlines.
