Our business is in Wholesale and Retail pharmacy. The initial emphasis is on developing the Wholesale Pharmacy business.

We are looking for a candidate that’s looking to grow with us, learn and offer innovative products and services to customers. The Pharmacist will be responsible for managing the business operations and maintaining a professional and cohesive working relationship with staff.

An individual must be proficient in these areas to successfully perform the responsibilities of this position.

Customer/Patient Centered: Actively strives to provide excellent customer service. Seeks to meet customer needs and demands. Remains calm and professional.

Energy: The internal drive to be active and get things done and accomplish objectives

Initiative: Being willing to take action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges, tendency to be proactive and act versus doing only what one is told to do. Candidates must be self-directed and work well with others.
Leadership: A willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction, whist working as part of a team

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and orally

Business Management: Demonstrate outstanding sales ability and possess a strong business sense. Ability to solicit business, develop and maintain professional relationships with retail customers, health care professionals, reimbursement agencies, hospitals and Governmental agencies

Governance: Ensure company standard operating procedures, policies, professional standards and applicable laws and regulations are followed.

Qualification Required & Experience

Min Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience: At least 2 Years

Qualifications: At least 2 years of post- registration practice in Ghana and must be eligible to register a new wholesale facility experience
